If you are looking for a quick 30-minute meal, this is for you!
*This recipe makes 4 servings!*
What you need:
2 chicken breast (about 1 pound)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs butter
1 tbs flour
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
fresh parsley *optional*
Instructions
Cut the chicken breast in half & season with salt, pepper, garlic powder
Add the olive oil and butter to the pan over medium-high heat, let it heat up.
Cook the chicken until it is cooked through. Transfer the chicken to a plate.
Add the flour and garlic to the pan until it starts to turn a golden color (do not let it burn!)
Pour in the chicken broth and whisk with a for until the flour is dissolved. Next add the cream and let it bubble for a few minutes until it is thick and creamy how you like it.
Add the chicken back to the pan and cover with the sauce. You can add salt & pepper to taste. Sprinkle some parsley if you like.
I cooked some spaghetti noodles to go with it and it was so good!
